Check in from: 14:00 hrs
Check out before: 12:00 hrs
Day use up to 18:00 hrs: 50% of room rate (subject to availability)
We are flexible with above times, depending on prior/ subsequent bookings.
Complimentary shuttle service to/ from Ubud is available until time of check out.
Extra Bed Policy
- Extra bed charge including breakfast: €15,- person/night
- Baby cot complimentary
Maximum 2 extra beds and a total of 4 guests per accommodation.
Booking Confirmation/ Down Payment
Booking will be confirmed on receipt of 50% down payment.
Down payment can be made by:
1. Paying with your credit-card or bank account into our PayPal account
2. Bank transfer
3. Western Union Money Transfer
(Costs for money transfer are supplementary)
Cancellation Policy prior to check in date
Until 30 days: total refund of your down payment
Until 2 weeks: refund of 25% of your down payment
Less than 2 weeks: 50% of the total amount will be charged
Refund is minus €25,- administration fee and the costs for the money transfer.
